Stephen Su, Senior Vice President of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and as the Co-Chair for the 2024 HLF Summit hosted in Taiwan for the first time, delivered the introductory presentation of “Innovation Ecosystems for Resilient Society” on the first day of the forum (11/18/2024). The HLF, known as High Level Forum, was first established by the CEA and Grenoble Region from France in 2012 to foster an international community of over 70 leading innovation ecosystems, sharing insights and grow the network for a better future. Taiwan has been a member of the Steering Committee and in 2021 received the first Socio-Economic Development and Resilience Award in recognition of its excellence in using science and technology capacities to fight the pandemic.
