- 黃霈瑜(Claire Huang) 現職工研院產業科技國際策略發展所，新能源產業與政策研究部產業分析師，研究領域為再生能源、氫能、燃料電池政策、市場、法制與產業。過去曾任工研院綠能與環境研究所離岸風電推動辦公室法務專案經理，研究領域為離岸風電推動、再生能源政策、法制、契約、爭端解決等。臺北大學法律系學士、臺北大學法律系研究所碩士畢業。 Claire Huang is an Industry Analyst within the Renewable Energy Industry & Policy Research Department at the Industry, Science and Technology International Strategy Center, ITRI. Her expertise encompasses renewable energy, hydrogen, and fuel cell policies and markets. Previously, Claire served as a Legal Project Manager at ITRI, where she supported the Ministry of Economic Affairs in promoting offshore wind policy and resolving legal disputes. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Law from National Taipei University.
