        簡報大綱

        2013 APEC Workshop on Innovative Service Chain Based on Information Technology was held in Chongqing, China on February 26 to 27, 2013. Mr. Stephen Su, General Director of IEK, was invited to deliver a speech on “S&T Infrastructure and Services for SME Innovation” as keynote speech about the session of “Innovation Environment Building for SMEs ” at the workshop. In his speech, Stephen first talked about the history and policy for SMEs Innovation in Taiwan. Then he introduced the roles of ITRI in assisting SMEs and cited a few examples. Finally, he concluded with the future outlook of industry development - ICT will enable “Service-based Application Ecosystem” to all industries and enhance service industry competitiveness.

        2013亞太區域中小企業一站式創新服務鏈建設研討會於2013年2月26日至27日在重慶隆重舉行。工研院產經中心蘇孟宗主任應邀於該研討會的「建立中小企業創新服務政策環境」分項議程，發表「推動中小企業創新之科技建設與服務」專題演說。演說中，蘇主任首先論及台灣中小企業創新的歷史脈絡與政策，接著介紹工研院於協助中小企業創新所扮演的角色，並舉了幾個成功案例說明。最後，他以產業發展之未來展望作結，說明資通訊技術將加值於服務型應用生態體系，並進而強化服務產業之競爭力。
